Don Omura


Our mission is to help companies transition to the cloud and adopt advanced asset management solutions.

As CEO, Don Omura is focused on TRM’s business strategy, growth, and strategic relationships. Don has been instrumental in the company’s transformation into a provider of cloud-based asset management and Internet of Things solutions.

His previously held positions at TRM include President, Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Pacific Operations.

Prior to joining TRM, in 1999, Don was the Director of Information Technology for the Navy Public Works Center in Hawaii where he oversaw all aspects of information technology, including strategic planning, corporate business systems, IT infrastructure, and outsourcing. In 1998, he received the Navy’s Meritorious Service Award for his contributions in the IT field.

Don holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jagadisan “Shiva” Shivakumar

One of the formative members of TRM, Jagadisan Shivakumar today spearheads the development of the company’s technical vision and oversees its research and development efforts. From legacy systems, ERP platforms and proprietary software development, to the deployment of leading edge web architecture technologies, the TRM R&D team bridges the gap between business problems and technical solutions. Under Shiva’s direction, their efforts have contributed significantly to TRM’s track record of innovation.

Before joining TRM, Shiva worked for Intergraph Corporation in a variety of technology roles. His broad experience includes software development, database programming, technology management and project management, as well as mentoring and team leadership.

Shiva has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and M.S. degrees in Operations Research (University of Pennsylvania) and Computer Science (Pennsylvania State University).

Al Johnson - TRM Leadership

Albert Johnson

VP, Product Development

Al Johnson is the primary architect and leader of TRM’s software development organization managing the design, implementation and maintenance life cycle of major products such as TRM RulesManager.

VP, Sales and Marketing

Peter Morrow is TRM’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Peter has been with TRM since 2012 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the EAM industry.

Jim Miwa

Director, Cloud Systems Practice Leader

Jim Miwa is responsible for operations, services, cyber-security, and business development strategy and support for TRM’s Cloud service offerings. Jim has almost 30 years of experience in the information technology field that include past experience with organizations such as Motorola (Enterprise IT Support Services), Pihana Pacific (Data Center Hosting), HMSA (Health Care IT Operations), and State of Hawaii (Enterprise Technology Services).

Bruce DeSilva

Director of Operations

Bruce DeSilva is responsible for managing TRM’s FedRAMP program and continually provides guidance to TRM’s Services business as required. Bruce’s 19+ years with TRM include managing strategic services engagements, business development, and Services budget planning and execution.

Mary Beth Strachan

Director of Professional Services

Mary Beth places emphasis on building partnerships with clients, liaising with team leaders, and directing the activities of the professional service team. She ensures set goals, strategies, and efficiencies are achieved to support business development and execute high quality projects on time and under budget.

Andrew Mahen3 - TRM Leadership

Andrew Mahen

Director of Product Development

Andrew Mahen handles the day to day operations of TRM’s robust software portfolio. He is a graduate of Duke University with degrees in Computer Science and Physics and an inventor on two of TRM’s patents. During his 17 years with TRM he has innovated several software solutions which are faster than a cheetah and stronger than another cheetah.

Candice Hickman

Director of Marketing

Candice Hickman is responsible for leading the development and execution of metric-based marketing programs, spearheading demand generation efforts, and elevating the TRM brand. Her experience is enhanced by a MA in PR & Advertising, from DePaul University, where she also spent time teaching advertising as an adjunct professor.

Lori Wilkins

Director of Contracts / FSO

Lori Wilkins leads TRM’s Contracts/Legal and Security Departments. With her background in Business Administration and over 16 years of corporate experience with Federal and Commercial clients, Lori develops and maintains longstanding client relationships beginning at pre-award terms and conditions negotiations through project completion. Additionally as Facility Security Officer, she directs and executes the company’s complex security requirements.

Lola Simpson - TRM Leadership

Lola Simpson

Director of HR / Controller

Lola Simpson serves as TRM’s Controller and HR Director.  She has over 20 years’ experience in government contracting, as well as an extensive background in Accounting, Leadership and Management.  Her focus is working with the executive team to develop a financial system capable of supporting TRM’s growth and path forward, as well as mentoring her team.  Her HR goals are valuing, encouraging and supporting a diverse workforce, anticipating and meeting the changing needs of the workforce, and championing career and professional growth.

Tina McCuen

Director of Project Management Organization

Tina McCuen provides leadership and oversight of the Project Management Organization to ensure business objectives are successfully met through planning and implementation. She partners with business development and professional services to plan and budget the delivery of technical and consulting services. Tina has over 20 years of experience leading Information Technology projects and building strong working relationships.
