Don Omura
CEO
Our mission is to help companies with the complex task of improving their reliability and maintenance performance through best practices, coaching and technology.
As CEO, Don Omura is focused on TRM’s business strategy, growth, and strategic relationships. Don has been instrumental in developing the company into a leader for reliability and maintenance consulting and asset management technology.
His previously held positions at TRM include President, Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President. Prior to joining TRM, in 1999, Don was the Director of Information Technology for the Navy Public Works Center in Hawaii where he oversaw all aspects of information technology, including strategic planning, corporate business systems, and infrastructure. In 1998, he received the Navy’s Meritorious Service Award for his contributions in the technology field. Don began his career as a Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability engineer for critical Navy shipboard systems.
Don holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Jagadisan “Shiva” Shivakumar

One of the formative members of TRM, Jagadisan Shivakumar today spearheads the development of the company’s technical vision and oversees its research and development efforts. From legacy systems, ERP platforms and proprietary software development, to the deployment of leading edge web architecture technologies, the TRM R&D team bridges the gap between business problems and technical solutions. Under Shiva’s direction, their efforts have contributed significantly to TRM’s track record of innovation.
Before joining TRM, Shiva worked for Intergraph Corporation in a variety of technology roles. His broad experience includes software development, database programming, technology management and project management, as well as mentoring and team leadership.
Shiva has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and M.S. degrees in Operations Research (University of Pennsylvania) and Computer Science (Pennsylvania State University).
Peter Morrow
VP, Sales and Marketing
Peter Morrow is TRM’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Peter has been with TRM since 2012 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the EAM industry.

Albert Johnson

Al Johnson is the primary architect and leader of TRM’s software development organization managing the design, implementation and maintenance life cycle of major products such as TRM RulesManager.
Bruce DeSilva
VP, Cloud
Bruce DeSilva is responsible for managing TRM’s FedRAMP and SaaS / Hosting programs. He also continually provides guidance to TRM’s Services business as required. Bruce’s 20+ years with TRM include managing strategic services engagements, business development, and Services budget planning and execution.

Andrew Mahen
Director of Product Development
Andrew Mahen handles the day to day operations of TRM’s robust software portfolio. He is a graduate of Duke University with degrees in Computer Science and Physics and an inventor on two of TRM’s patents. During his 17 years with TRM he has innovated several software solutions which are faster than a cheetah and stronger than another cheetah.
Mary Beth Strachan
Director of Professional Services / Director of HR
Mary Beth places emphasis on building partnerships with clients, liaising with team leaders, and directing the activities of the professional service team. She ensures set goals, strategies, and efficiencies are achieved to support business development and execute high quality projects on time and under budget.
Candice Hickman
Director of Marketing
Candice Hickman is responsible for leading the development and execution of metric-based marketing programs, spearheading demand generation efforts, and elevating the TRM brand. Her 15+ years of experience is enhanced by a MA in PR & Advertising, from DePaul University, where she also spent time teaching advertising as an adjunct professor.
Owe Forsberg
VP, IDCON Subsidiary
Owe Forsberg brings thirty years of progressive experience in multiple phases of Operations Management. He has proven analytical and problem-solving skills. He has comprehensive experience in analyzing and streamlining operations processes while applying systems and technologies to increase productivity, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Owe is a Certified Reliability and Maintenance Professional (CMRP) and a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA). He holds a MS in Management from NCSU and BS in Marine Engineering from Sweden (Linnaeus University).
Christer Idhammar
Founder, IDCON Subsidiary
Christer Idhammar is an awarded high profiled and world renowned guru and expert within Reliability and Maintenance Management. He started his operations and maintenance career in the Swedish merchant marine 1961. As a consultant he started the Idhammar group of companies in Sweden 1972 and founded IDCON INC in Raleigh North Carolina, USA in 1985. IDCON is now a TRM subsidiary. Several hundred successful companies around the world have engaged Christer in their reliability improvement initiatives.
Lori Wilkins
Director of Contracts / FSO
Lori Wilkins leads TRM’s Contracts/Legal and Security Departments. With her background in Business Administration and over 16 years of corporate experience with Federal and Commercial clients, Lori develops and maintains longstanding client relationships beginning at pre-award terms and conditions negotiations through project completion. Additionally as Facility Security Officer, she directs and executes the company’s complex security requirements.
