Total Resources Management, Inc. is looking for a Maximo Consultant to join our team in Alexandria, VA.

 

Responsibilities

  • Planning, designing, and configuring IBM Maximo Asset Management.
  • Coordinate with customers for standardizing their business process across sites that uses the IBM Maximo
  • Understand and analyze day-to-day operations and maintenance activities and implement solutions to simplify the process
  • Provide technical solutions to enhance Maximo and its supporting environment
  • Provide Maximo upgrade planning and support
  • Understand and analyze day-to-day activities and implement solution to simplify the process using Maximo
  • Configure the Maximo Integration Framework and the application import/export framework to load the master data for the new site
  • Work on Java code to integrate Maximo with other external legacy systems for data exchange
  • Develop customized solution using java code and configure Conditional User Interface (CUI) in the core product to build the As-Built Process

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus 5 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years configuring and implementing Maximo
  • Understand and analyze day-to-day activities and implement solution to simplify the process using Maximo (5 years)
  • Configure the Maximo Integration Framework and the application import/export framework to load the master data for the new site (5 years)
  • Work on Java code to integrate Maximo with other external legacy systems for data exchange (5 years)
  • Develop customized solution using java code and configure Conditional User Interface (CUI) in the core product to build the As-Built Process (5 years)

Total Resources Management, Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Alexandria, VA.

Primary responsibilities will include supporting the sales and marketing teams in identifying, creating and qualifying opportunities as well as administrative duties which support existing client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Prospecting and Qualifying:

  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate opportunities for Account Managers (Lead mining)
  • Research accounts, identify key contacts, and generate interest for the business.
  • Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system. Support list clean-up efforts as well.

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist Account Managers with following up with prospects and creating proposals
  • Assist with new account set-up and contract (order) management support
  • Help Account Managers maintain constant follow-up with potential clients

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in tracking, recording, and preparing monthly campaign performance data and analytics reports
  • Assist in creating and/or gathering content for the website.
  • Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business
  • Assist in planning, ordering materials, and supporting TRM at industry events.

Communication:

  • Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
  • Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues
  • Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.

Local candidates only. Periodic travel may be required to various events and worksites in the US.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or related field plus 1 – 2 years of related experience.
  • Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
  • Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of SalesForce CRM, Microsoft Office, Email Marketing Tools, Adobe Design Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and social networking tools.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary.
  • A familiarity with IBM Maximo and cloud computing solutions is preferred but not required.
