Position Description and Experience:

The Maximo developer shall be responsible for the development, enhancement, and effective deployment and support for the Maximo application. Research system problems, troubleshooting and resolution. Support Maximo upgrades and patches; conduct development activities in accordance with the software development lifecycle and customer defined change control and compliance procedures; provide support for the expansion of Maximo program capabilities; Configuration Change Management, Tier 3 support for issues related to the Maximo application and supporting products (WebSphere, Cognos, Optim); review requirements and functional designs; and develop and implement complex solutions using internal and external application tools (e.g., workflows, automation scripts, application designer, conditional ui, etc); provide task estimate to project team and support client, as needed.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship
  • Five (5) years or more of experience as Maximo Application developer
  • DoD Secret Clearance (Required before they Start)
  • CompTIA Security+ certified (Required before they Start)
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or IT related fields.
  • IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo Asset Management V7.6 or latest version.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skill
  • Work well with a team and work independently
  • Ability to self-manage work on multiple tasks/projects assignments
  • A proven track record of providing high quality deliverables on schedule

Must have Skills

  • Installation, upgrade, and patching of Maximo and Add-ons
  • Installation, upgrade, and patching of Maximo System
    • OS (Linux & Windows)
    • Application servers (WebSphere/Liberty)
      • Clustering
    • IBM Maximo Asset Management applications development
      • Applications Designer
      • Workflow
      • Automation Scripting
      • Conditional UI
    • Working knowledge of Maximo integration technologies (Object structures, services, channels, etc.).
    • Deep knowledge/understanding of Maximo business objects
    • Ability to formulate complex SQL queries
    • Experience with development of migration manager packages

Additional Skills Desired

  • Understanding of networking and firewall concepts.
  • Security and authentication protocols – SSL, LDAP, SAML
  • Object Oriented Programming language experience, preferably Java.
  • Working in agile software development environments.
  • BIRT and Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting.
  • Experience working with AWS or other cloud infrastructure
  • Maximo Anywhere
  • Knowledge of EAM best practices and deep functional expertise with Maximo applications

Primary responsibilities will include supporting the marketing team in event coordination, digital marketing campaign management and reporting, and graphic design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in tracking, recording, and preparing monthly marketing campaign performance data and analytics reports
  • Assist in updating and maintaining websites and social media platforms including writing content, locating images, and designing graphics
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar for the site’s blog and social media accounts
  • Assist in planning, ordering materials, and supporting TRM at industry events.
  • Assist in the development of creative and technical content including white papers, brochures, customer success stories, case studies, press releases, and more
  • Develop and distribute content for email marketing campaigns.
  • Support contact list clean-up and segmentation efforts.
  • Provide recommendations to improve existing digital marketing campaigns based on engagement.
  • Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business
  • Assist with additional marketing duties as needed

Communication:

  • Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
  • Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues
  • Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.

Local candidates only. 25% travel will be required to various events in the US.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field plus 2 years of related experience.
  • Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of SalesForce CRM, Microsoft Office, InDesign, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and social networking tools.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary.
