At the 2019 SMRP Conference, Scott Stukel – Director of TRM’s Asset Management and Reliability Practice – will be presenting a day-long workshop on “Advanced Asset Management, Developing your Strategy and Making it Happen in the Field”.

This workshop interactively demonstrates the vital components necessary for developing an asset management strategy. This includes asset care and how maintenance and operations teams can implement processes and tools to execute strategies in daily practice on the plant floor. Through discussions, examples and exercises, we will guide you through identifying and understanding your asset management business drivers, developing the framework for your strategy (including strategic asset management plans and ISO 55000), laying out your asset plans and instituting simple practices and tools that will enable you to be successful.
