Position Description and Experience:

The Maximo Consultant will work closely with subject matter experts and Maximo project team to collect business and process requirements and provide expert Maximo functional guidance. The Maximo Consultant will be responsible for Maximo design documentation and development and configurations. Experience with effective deployment and support for the Maximo application in accordance with customer defined change control and compliance procedures. Must have the aptitude to learn new concepts and processes.

Requirements

Compensation Range

The Senior Maximo Consultant works closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders from multiple business areas providing expert Maximo functional and technical guidance. Must have experience with EAM strategy and best practices. Oversee and provides input to design documentation, enhancement development, and research and troubleshoot system problems for guidance and resolution. Experience with effective deployment and support for the Maximo application in accordance with customer defined change control and compliance procedures. In addition, the Consultant is required to provide leadership and mentorship to junior Maximo consultants.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years or more of Maximo functional and technical experience
  • BS degree in in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Authorized to work in United States
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to self-manage work on multiple tasks/projects assignments.
  • A proven track record of providing high quality deliverables on schedule.

Position Description and Experience:

Ensures that TRM EAM and APM projects meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adapt and use changes to business processes, technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.

Primarily responsible for developing and implementing change management and communication strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes to successfully implement EAM and APM software. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.

With a goal of achieving faster adoption, increasing utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work. These improvements increase benefit realization for our customers including; value creation, ROI, and successful achievement of the projects intended outcomes.

This role collaborates with and through many project team members and stakeholders to succeed. Acting as a coach for senior leaders and executives, you guide them to fulfill the critical role of change management sponsor. Additionally, the OCM Leader will support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their teams through their transitions. Similarly, the change manager supports project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities with their project plans.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support communication efforts Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  • Assess the change impact Conduct impact and stakeholder analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Complete change management assessments, such as those for stakeholder impact and change readiness.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation plan and tactics.
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
  • Consult and coach project teams.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
  • Create actionable deliverables for any required “Extend” plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Coach people managers and supervisors
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
  • Manage stakeholders.
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Manage the change portfolio.

Compensation Range:

  • $120,000 – $150,000

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an SAP EAM Techno-Functional Architect. The SAP EAM Techno-Functional Architect will be responsible for daily architectural design, software development, integration, system assessment and training tasks.

Qualifications

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Software Development expertise around ABAP, ODATA, UI/UX, CDS views, API, EDI and Workflow
  • Integration skills with 3rd party applications
  • End to end custom tool building capabilities.
  • Experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM) module.
  • Experience with S/4HANA Asset Management and Fiori applications.
  • Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS/SM) modules are desirable.
  • Experience in Energy and Utilities industry with exposure to SAP SAM and/or FSM is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • SAP certifications are a plus.
  • We only consider USC/GC currently.

Compensation:

The targeted combined salary range for this position is 150,000 – 220,000 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
