Defining a Maintenance Management Program to Support Maximo
This course will provide the process to be used to develop a written Maximo Maintenance Management Program that defines how the maintenance function is managed and how to integrate Maximo into the management program. Maximo is a powerful management tool and to get the full benefit of Maximo an integrated maintenance process needs to be broken down into written procedures that follow the application of business rules and organizational functions that impact effective use of Maximo.

Developing PMs and Job Plans in Maximo
This course will provide the process to be used to develop preventive and predictive tasks in Maximo. “BEST PRACTICE” business rules for setting up and managing a PM program is presented. Maximo “live” examples will be used to support the training. The business rules for Job Plans will be presented and Maximo “live” examples will be used to reinforce the training.

Plant Asset Management Best Practices: Purchasing and Inventory Modules
This course will provide the understanding to develop sound business rules and processes that will allow the Maximo Purchasing and Inventory functions to support the Maximo Work Management Process. The use of the Materials Management functions in Maximo not only support the Maintenance of the Plant, but also, in a deregulated environment can help to save, and even make money by increasing unit availability.

Advanced Features of Maximo 6.0 – 7.x for PMs, Job Plans, and Inventory
This course is design for Maximo users that want to understand how to set up and use the advanced features of version 6.0 – 7.x. The students will fully understand how the relations between location and equipment hierarchies, primary and networked hierarchies and their impact the use of Maximo features.

Setting Up and Using Metrics from Maximo to Manage Maintenance
The objective of this training is to define the metrics that are used to assess the effectiveness of the maintenance organization and determine how to get the information from Maximo into a format that would be used to effect improvement.

Setting Up and Using Metrics from Maximo to Support Reliability Centered Maintenance
The objective of this training is to review the concepts and principles of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and setting up Maximo to support the results of the initial RCM study. With proper Maximo configuration and the continued use of data from Maximo experienced based adjustments can be made to an RCM driven maintenance program.

Plan and Schedule Routine and Outage Maintenance with Microsoft Project and other Third Party Scheduling Tools
This course is designed for Maximo users that want to be able to use the data from Maximo to plan and schedule work. The course will focus on the correct configuration of Maximo to support planning and scheduling and include the processes that need to be in place to build successful schedules.
