TRM consultants evaluate the data that exists within your organization and can provide fast, reliable and cost effective data migration. The streamlined conversion process will leverage your existing asset, work management and maintenance data through clean-up and enhancement. TRM will migrate data from source environments (Microsoft access, Excel, formatted text formats and other databases) to the Maximo development instance based upon the results of the Assessment Analysis of end-user requirements. TRM consultants also recommend operational improvement methods that can be achieved with system data integrity functions and validation rules, as well as recommendations for “scrubbing” and/or improving source data to comply with these rules. For most projects like this, TRM consultants use their “secret weapon” TRM RulesManager to automate and reduce the time and risk during data migrations.

TRM Data Migration Services include three major steps:

1. Data scrubbing
2. Importing source data into the development instance
3. Testing for compliance with the requirements defined in the Maximo Assessment phase
