TRM Instructor Bios
Michael Brant has a diverse background, including systems and product support, product implementations, work flow analysis, technical writing and training. As a Systems Analyst for Total Resource Management, he develops custom training materials for Maximo 6 implementations. At the Boeing Corporation, Mike was a technical lead deploying aviation software to elite international aviation customers. He has conducted training for a wide range of Boeing clients, including pilots, operational engineers and IT technical support teams.
Jordan Ortiz has over five years experience with interface development, application customization/tuning, data conversion, and Maximo training. He has received his AITP certification in IBM Tivoli Maximo Asset Management 7.1 Implementation and is currently working on obtaining his IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Serves Request Manager v7.1 certification. As the key TRM integration and interface resource on the West Coast, Jordan provides technical support in customizing Maximo applications to client specifications. He also develops and maintains interfaces between Maximo and other systems.
Anne Antonelli has over 25 years of training experience, with the last 15 years in training adults on IBM software. As the Training Manager at TRM, she runs the AITP IBM Certified training program. In addition, she works with our Project Managers to organize, plan and deliver Maximo training for every TRM project. Anne assists clients in determining the type of training (instructor-led, on-line, or e-Learning; custom or out-of-the box) they need for their Maximo implementation, upgrade, or support team training.
Tiffany Love has been involved in all phases of software development, from design to post go-live, with the primary focus being enterprise asset management and IBM Maximo. She specializes in Enterprise Asset Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and IBM Maximo.
