Instructors

Marie-Josee Ledoux, TRM's Senior Business Consultant, will highlight the value, features and benefits that the Tivoli Service Request Manager (TSRM) solution integrated with service catalog, change management and Tivoli Asset Management for IT, would bring to your IT operations.  In addition to showing how service request costs can be reduced by up to 50%, Marie will also show a live demonstration of the TSRM product and take questions from the audience.

Scott Madey is currently the Manager of the Product Management team responsible for Tivoli's Process Automation Portfolio, with a key objective of bringing common capabilities and integration across the Service Management portfolio. He has been in the Information Technology business for 28 years.

Marie-Josee Ledoux is a Sr. ITSM Business Consultant with TRM.  Marie has over 10 years experience as a lead IT architect and is certified across the IBM IT Service Management portfolio.
