TRM's Project Management Philosophy

TRM follows standards developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) with regards to overall project management. 

We provide project management services to include management and control of the schedule and TRM resource assignments, facilitation of project review meetings, generation of monthly reports, and facilitate client coordination. 

This may include strategic planning assistance and resource planning for your team to identify appropriate levels of internal participation, allowing you to better plan and manage your project resources. 

TRM’s approach to project management follows the processes described in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK):
