A large regional utility seeking to manage outage scheduling needed a solution that would allow its team to quickly create, modify and finalize various screen configurations in a way that worked for the entire enterprise. The timeframe for execution was tight. The TRM project team combined consulting resources and proprietary TRM ScreenBuilder™software in conjunction with a Maximo® 5 application upgrade to create the solution. Technical and operational requirements of the upgraded process were met. The project delivered on time, on budget, with a platform easily adapted to future enhancements. The largest state-owned power organization in America was deploying an enterprise-wide asset management system. There were system performance issues due to a difficult network environment, limited bandwidth and complex end-to-end technology. TRM delivered an Application Delivery and Application Management solution involving multiple performance benchmarking baselines. The result was data that isolated actual performance issues, enabling a successful implementation .
