TRM was tasked with improving the management of the complex, disparate physical assets for the fourth largest U.S. county by leveraging technology and asset management strategies. They implemented consistent business processes for preventative maintenance, consolidated asset management technologies, streamlined metrics reporting, and integrated handheld devices. The project was completed early and on budget. TRM migrated all data into a single system, Maximo®, and trained Facilities Management and internal customers on the full functionality. TRM also helped the county implement best practices and taught their project managers and staff how to use various tools. read more
