For an agency of the U.S. Department of the Interior, TRM was asked to provide an independent validation and verification (IVV) of system performance for its asset management software. TRM provided a valuation analysis of the single-site system configuration and deployment, with recommendations on how the system could be adjusted to better fit business processes. The comprehensive analysis not only helped the DOI develop system requirements but was used during a system upgrade and to lay a foundation for a cross-department enterprise deployment. The agency used TRM RulesManager™ and TRM ScreenBuilder™ tools during its implementation and upgrade. The client recently turned to TRM for another IVV, and has asked us to help re-configure its system. TRM has also been contracted to develop a project plan for a single platform enterprise deployment.
