TRM Public Works Success Stories

A state agency responsible for public works administration was using a standard asset management software package for maintenance and repairs that didn’t quite match its specific business needs. TRM took a hard look at its business processes as well as the technology. Among the findings was a major weakness: the system required the reentry of work order data centrally, even after this data was input in the field. TRM was able to customize the system to make it easier and quicker to complete the work order process. TRM also provided improved status screens and field defaults to reduce redundancy.
