Job Title: Senior ITSM Consultant

Position Description:

Provide consulting and technical support for the configuration and implementation of Tivoli Service Management and Asset Management for IT, along with related products. Also provide sales and marketing support for Service Management at IT Asset Management opportunities, as well as Systems Engineering support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement IBM TSRM, TAMIT, TADDM, CCMDB, TPM, and related Tivoli products
  
• Develop and conduct demos related to IBM TSRM, TAMIT, TADDM, CCMDB, TPM, and related Tivoli products
  
• Assist in sales opportunities related to IBM TSRM, TAMIT, TADDM, CCMDB, TPM, and related Tivoli products
  
• Provide customer training on IBM TSRM, TAMIT, TADDM, CCMDB, TPM, and related Tivoli products

Required Skills:

• Strong background in ITIL processes
  
• Proficient in project management and change management processes
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:

• Oracle, SQL, DB2, WebSphere, WebLogics, JavaScript, HTML, XML
  
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
  
• MS Office products and Visio

Experience, Education and Credentials:

• Bachelor's Degree
  
• Experience with configuring and implementing IBM TSRM, TAMIT, and CCMDB is required.
  
• ITIL certifications and IBM Deployment Professional certifications for TSRM, TAMIT and CCMDB highly desirable.
  
• Experience with Maximo, Maximo Enterprise Adapter and Actuate & BIRT Reporting Tool desirable.
  
• Experience with developing and giving presentations highly desirable.
  
• Knowledge and disciplines in a variety of Operating Systems (Windows, Solaris, and Linux) is desirable.
