Job Title: Programmer
Location: Alexandria, VA

Position Description:
The individual will be assisting on site staff with the development and maintenance of MAXIMO 6 for various customers. The individual will be performing upgrades, configurations, interface, and systems programming & installations.

Provides technical analysis, design, development, testing and implementation for existing software systems and database applications, systems and programs. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts to perform highly complex software development tasks.

• Developing Functions & Scripts
• Applying Functions & Triggers
• Applying patches
• Developing Interfaces
• Applying interfaces

Skills, Experience, Education, Credentials:

• Oracle
• SQL
• J2EE
• Web-based application deployment
• Java
• Maximo experience a plus.
• Five (5) years experience in software development. 
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physical science, or other IT related discipline.  Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, physical science, or other IT related discipline counts for three (3) years of experience.  Eight (8) years experience in software development may be substituted for formal education.

Misc: 
The travel requirement is 20%.  Will work in the Alexandria office.
