TRM created TRM RulesManager – a configuration tool for Maximo back when Maximo was on version 5. Since 2007, RulesManager has officially been “Tivoli Approved." In 2011, TRM won the IBM Tivoli Business Partner Innovation Award for RulesManager.
 
IBM Authorized Independent Training
 TRM is an Authorized Independent Training Provider (AITP) for IBM Maximo and Tivoli IT Service Management. This recognition places TRM among a handful of companies entrusted by IBM to deliver training for Maximo and other Tivoli automation software. As a part of the AITP program, TRM is able to acquire and utilize IBM training manuals for distribution to our clients and teach the IBM Certified courses with our own IBM certified trainers.
