Don Omura, Chief Operations Officer

Don Omura was appointed Chief Operations Officer of TRM in 2006.  He is responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide services business including all operations centers, corporate sales & marketing, information technology, systems engineering, and human resources.  From 1999 to 2006, Don served as TRM’s Executive Vice President of Pacific Operations where he oversaw the significant expansion of TRM’s operations in the western United States and Asia.

Prior to joining TRM, Don was the director of information technology for the Navy Public Works Center in Hawaii where he oversaw all aspects of information technology, including strategic planning, systems implementation, e-commerce, enterprise asset management, network infrastructure, data warehousing and outsourcing. In 1998, he received the Navy’s Meritorious Service Award for his contributions in the IT field.

Don sits on the boards of two non-profit organizations.  Don holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
